Woodlands Beach House is a traditional bed and breakfast situated just a few steps away from Sawtell Beach and the beautiful Bonville Creek estuary. Our panoramic ocean views enable us to enjoy the many special times of the day. A short walk leads to the southern lookout and rock swimming pool.

Our house is architecturally designed with two purpose built guest rooms, both with private ensuites, ideal for a romantic or relaxing getaway.

The village of Sawtell is situated 5 km east of the Pacific Highway and 8 km south of Coffs Harbour. While offering ample amenities, it still retains the charm of an unspoilt seaside village. The main street has a central garden featuring large shady fig trees, a perfect backdrop for the many award winning restaurants offering indoor and alfresco dining. The main surf beach is patrolled. Other outdoor activities include kayaking, golf, tennis, bowls and croquet. Or you can catch the latest movies at the heritage listed, air conditioned First Avenue Cinema.

On booking credit card details need to be provided. In the high season (mid December to end January) and Easter a deposit of $50 per room for one night or $100 per room for more than one night is requested.

In the event of cancellation 48 hours notice is required (2 weeks in the high season).

If sufficient notice is given deposits will be refunded, minus a small administrative charge of $10 per booking. If notification is received in less than the required notification time, one night's accommodation will be charged, except in extreme circumstances.
