The guest rooms occupy a separate wing of the house with external access to off street parking. Each room is well appointed and contains a large ensuite, queen size bed, bar fridge, TV and video, DVD and CD players, clock radio, ceiling fan, electric blanket, reverse cycle air conditioning, toiletries, hair dryer, tea and coffee making facilities, fluffy bath robes and ironing requirements.

Also included - afternoon tea with fruit plate and chocolates on arrival, complimentary Sunday papers, and a three course cooked breakfast.
